Calculator Suite

Owner-operated and private by design

Hermes Calendar

A private Google Calendar assistant used by one authorized owner to review schedules, manage requested event changes, and receive categorized daily reports.

What the app does

Hermes Calendar requests Google Calendar access only after the owner explicitly completes Google's consent flow.

Review schedules

Read upcoming Google Calendar events and prepare a rolling seven-day schedule for the authorized owner.

Create and update events

Create or change events only when the owner directly requests the action. Event times always include a timezone.

Deletion stays gated

Before deleting an event, Hermes Calendar shows the calendar, title, start and end time, timezone, and event ID, then requires fresh approval.

Private schedule reports

Send categorized schedule summaries to an owner-controlled Telegram channel through owner-only bots.

Who can use it

Hermes Calendar is not a public multi-tenant service. It runs in an owner-controlled environment and accepts agent requests only from an explicit Telegram user allowlist.

Publishing the Google OAuth consent configuration does not expose the owner's agents, tokens, or calendar. Another Google user could authorize only their own Google data if they independently obtained and ran a compatible OAuth client.

How Google Calendar data is handled

OAuth credentials stay on a private owner-controlled server with operating-system access controls. They are not stored by the Calculator Suite website and are never included in public pages.

Calendar content is used only to perform owner-requested actions and private schedule reporting. It is not sold or used for advertising.

Transparency and control

The complete data-access, processing, retention, sharing, deletion, and revocation terms are documented in the dedicated Hermes Calendar Privacy Policy.
